I am very disappointed with our country's mail service. I have given our Canadian Post Office a chance to shine with all the other courier companies. My wife sent me some medication that I had forgotten in Toronto. She was told 2 business days. My wife paid $80 for this medication to arrive in Grande Prairie Alberta. Thisl parcel took 5 days to reach the destination, in which I have had to get my medication renewed at a cost and was already on a flight home. This is our excuse now that because of COVID we do not have the people,. I will never use Canada Post again

Not impressed.. One of 2 packages stalled in Dieppe for over a week with no movement. The other package shipped "accelerated parcel" was delivered in a week from Alberta. Both packages left from the same place and the same day.

Could not track two different parcels ????

Pathetic! My package received at post office July 26, arrived in Mississauga next day at 1:04 p.m. Last week, October 20, I called to say the package has not been delivered. I was given a ticket number and asked to wait 5 days for them to investogate. His morning I received a 'no reply' email advising that package canot be found and further action is uo to sender - WHAT? So now Canada Post is saying it is my responsibility! Unbelievable! What is going on at the Mississauga depot, everything arrives there and stays for days/weeks, some never leave .... I will use a courier service from now on. I rate this service 0.

I sent a package to New York from Sakatoon canada three weeks now and my Mom jas not received the package yet.

Canada post has screwed up with my mail 5 times and those are thonly times i have not got my parcel or they have put it in the wrong apartment number they lost my 500 dollar ebike controller because they where to stupid to read a address they said there was no apartment number but before the sender sent parcel he send me a picture and my apartment num was on and there was nothing wrong with address so they sent it back to send and lost it. That really piss me off because my cell was on parcel and full name they should of called but didnt. I have gotten other peoples mail in my mail vox about 6 times thats how bad canada post and i still have not got my controller that i ordered 4 months ago and sender is being stupid so i am out 500 dollars because of lazy works and pure stupidity

They have the encouragement to leave a review "But we are still missing yours ?"... judging by Canada Post's track record and all these other reviews this could be their official slogan of parcel delivery hahaha.

Didn't deliver, not leaving a notice card and till i track it online and tell me to pick up 20 km away, why i ask for delivery then?

Couldn’t track package

Give me access to my damn parcel already. No mistake of my own, cp needs to hire some caring mailmen and women. A service ticket was issued by customer service on friday.

Got a notif on friday my parcel was delivered but the mailman said he did not have it so I called customer service and they said yes it's been delivered so I had to wait 3 days still waiting to get access to my parcel not a very happy customer, he did not even leave the key for me, some mail ppl need to do their job right and get better trained so ppl dont have to wait for their property they pay for. He will be spoken to I was told. I'm not happy waiting 3 days bc of his ignorance. I knew my parcel was there and I hate being lied to. Will be getting my parcel tomorrow I hope. I will not let it happen again

Promise for a delivery date means nothing to Canada Post. Waiting on a computer desk from Amazon.ca. Will recommend that Amazon not use Canada Post. Not reliable at all.

They can never deliver my packages on time

Paid express delivery ($22.27) on Wednesday for a birthday card Calgary-Surrey and here we are on Saturday and still nothing. I will never use Canada Post again. Its just unacceptable.
