Bad service. Parcels get to destiny. Letters go different places. Sent a letter to Bhutan got info it was sent to Netherlands. Who is working in this company...? Morons!

Deplorable service. My letter sent to Bhutan was delivered to unknown address in Netherlands. Bull!

Terrible lack of knowledge of their own system workings. As a result I do not know whats happening and where my expensive parcel is. I feel bitter and sad as a consequence.

Very happy with the service Parcel reached safely from India I had subscribed for update., so was getting updates from post and also tracking system helped me. Very helpful.Thanks

Very unproductive service

I had a $300 parcel go missing several years ago. Canada Post showed it as having been delivered. However, I had a key-operated mailbox in my apartment building lobby, and no parcel was left in the mailbox that day. After struggling to get any customer service on the phone, I was told repeatedly (including by the Ombudsman) that unless I had paid extra for a required signature, Canada Post was not liable for stolen packages...even if their deliverer left a valuable package lying in a lobby instead of in the mailbox as their job requires. All the tracking on the parcel showed it went from Brooklyn to Canada to Hamilton, ON to my building...and was then just discarded. Canada Post's solution was to "blame the original sender", even though his parcel tracking showed that everything had been done properly. I am still extremely upset about this years later, as I am out $300 and lost an antique book that I have thus far never seen for sale again. Canada Post does a lot of things right but their refusal to take responsibility for the negligence of their employee in this case was truly distressing. Nowadays I try to rely on independent couriers like UPS and FedEx, because I do not feel safe using Canada Post knowing they will try to shirk any responsibility, even with evidence absolutely proving that the carelessness occured on their end.

Very unreliable service. Cancelled mail on hold 3 weeks ago and still no mail delivered to me, and no response to my my repeated inquiries by phone.

I have been trying to track my parcel with no success. I paid $85 for postage and tracking. Tracking does not work and it has taken a month. Not a week like I was promised. I would like a refund and gift cost $100.

Since when is expedited delivery fo Vancouver to Calgary 6 + days ?

I would not deal with your company again . Your company is not reliable . Sorry done with Canada Post.

Canada Post is the bestest! Joyce Thompson, Mail Carrier Extraordinaire, is the most amazing postie ever, through rain, sleet, gale force winds. Not just a sunny face, oh no. Dawn and her staff at the Tobermory Post Office on Brock St. mail packages for me to the ends of the earth in the wink of an eye. Packages, urgent letters, show up when they ought. I am most pleased with the Canada Post service to Baise Ave. a narrow, gravel backroad, beyond the Five Mile Block, Thank you to Joyce, Dawn and all the other Canada Post Workers who make this service happen.
