I use Canada Post regularly. It usually arrives in a timely fashion. When it’s late they are prompt in locating it. Have never lost a parcel

Paid for next day delivery 6:45 pm yesterday & it’s not delivered as yet? At 9:27 pm today it’s still showing “accepted” at the post office i paid to send it. Ridiculous! Regular mail probably works better.

Timely and secure delivery

The parcel was mailed in Red Deer at 1pm Monday and delivered to me in Calgary on Tuesday at 12:30pm. 150 kilometres. Impressive service in my opinion.

Sent a small letter package paid express 3 to 5 business days it’s 20 Days still not delivered

Canada Post delivered mailbox keys they give us to a second person to a different apartment number, they are dumber than they are

I send alot of parcels to my children and grandchildren in Alberta. I really like that it only takes 4 days for them to get their parcels and I can track the parcels progress.

Horrible. Sent 2 registered letters. No mention of delivery or not. Complained and after 2 months of delivery, agent said that is was delivered but gave no date and no information was updated online. Just horrible.

Shipped Xpresspost on Oct.6...not delivered until Oct 10th at a cost of $16.80 UNACCEPTABLE !

Canada post is about what you would call snail mail whenever I order something that needs to be shipped to me when it is being delivered by Canada post always slow slow slow getting to me all other delivery services not like that day or two maybe 3 tops Canada post well not so much always at least a week or two late really

October 7th brought it in to get mailed from Manitoba to BC. It has taken longer then they say it takes for express mail it now has been 9 days and it won’t be here for another two I get something mailed every week and it’s always longer sick of Canada post

I was told expresspost would take two business days it’s been 4 days and still not delivered!!!! What am I paying extra for? Would of been the same with regular post ?
