I cant track my Tracking number. I tried it so many times but they said its not registered

Parcel from BC to Sault Ste Marie On. Goes to Sudbury which is three hours west of here. Now they have to bring it back. Only Canada Post.

Good fast and reliable service

Got some parcels the other day and there was a vintage plate broken but b not the fault of Canada post but the shipper, I don’t know how more weren’t broken the way they were packed. Thank youCanada Post for being so careful

pony expess was more cmpetent, at least they got it deliverd,this is pathetic.

Despite negative reviews on delivery, I was impressed,parcel from outside Montreal to Winnipeg, mailed Tuesday, supposed to arrive next Monday, arrived three days early on Friday.

You pay for express mail and tracking and when you track the shipment all it shows is in transit. Not location of package as to the delievery point ! Could be a lot better as other shippers show locations

Very good service

Canada post destroyed my vintage Yamaha amp while in transit. The shipper filed a claim onmy behalf. Canada post refused to pay a nickel even though the item was insured. Bunch of thieves.

A perfect example of every Canadian federal service. Lazy, uncaring, non-competitive, horribly overpaid and completely overpriced. My package never arrived and it turns out it had been stolen by a Canada Post employee. Ridiculous NB-based Customer Service (what a laugh) told me they couldn’t help and I was on my own. Then suggested I call the Sender and ask him to make a claim, since even though I had paid for the shipping and insurance, Canada Post only had an obligation to the Sender. They are the worst value on the planet.

Post an international letter on Aug 23 and on Sept 17 said it in transit by Air or by Sea. Checked again today still in transit with no update. Worst service ever

Absolutely horrible. Canada would be better of privatizing our mail. These federal employees strike every few years demanding more of our tax dollars to be incompetent. Complete BS service every time and never fail to be complete trash.

So I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s now day 4 and the envelope has still no been delivered . How can this company operate when Amazon can have something delivered the next day with free shipping ??

My parcel was started from India.. Mumbai on 13 Sep...till oct 13 i hv not received ?????
