20 days to get a package from BC to Newfoundland. I could drive there in less days then it’s takes to have a package delivered by Canada Post.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but a company that makes excuses instead of taking accountability truly shows it’s true colors! Every time my package is delayed Canada post says my package was attempted or sorry we missed u lol , I’m here I have surveillance cameras and no attempt is ever made lol. I feel this company must have teenagers delivering with passing the blame or making excuses than rather stating sorry we’re running a bit behind! Own it! When calling to ask about this you cannot reach anyone and their message machine is full so you cannot leave a message…. That right there says a lot!

Worst service I lost my parcel and on their site it says delivered

I sent an urgent letter by Canada post to India but there is no location tracking system from where to where. Just says in transit. I don't know why they don't show the exact location and entry and exit transit location. Canada post wants to hide their weakness to highlight the exact scenario. They're are not at all professional and transparent. We just leave everything to God for the delivery.

Not really any different or increase in experience

Canada post is full of thieves!! I’ve had numerous packages never make it to me and now I refuse to send or have mail sent to me without getting a tracking number. It’s the only way from stopping the thieving postal workers from stealing my B packages!!!

Elk point office , people nice and work ethic great.

Parcel was to be delivered on 6th October to our daughter in France. We pay close to 200$ cad for shipment. I spent time on your "virtual" Customer Service. I need someone I can talk to that can actually make things happen. It is now 12th of October and the parcel has been sitting at the delivery office in France near our daughters place. I'm sure that Canada Post can contact that office and expedite?

Ordered something about 3-4 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything, crappy customer support and services

My package has just been sitting there for almost 5 days and there’s no one to contact about it. Terrible service

My item now reach Canada....2 week now it's from India still not deliver....we are waiting ...why this happened...when I track it's showing cbsa.... It's too late

I have been waiting for a parcel I ordered on September 16/22. It’s now October 12/22. I called they told me to call the sender. The sender told me it’s still on route. ??‍♀️

Very poor tracking and not on time. Why bother paying for tracking if it gets lost and shows up late.
