Not pleased! Paid extra for guaranteed 3-day parcel delivery and it wasn't delivered. Very disappointing service indeed! I wouldn't even rate one star, but have to to submit review.

It took over a week to send a small package from langley to Whitby Ontario!!! I got a package from Memphis TN in 4 days over the long weekend!!!

Canada post sux, I try tracking my packages and they never update the tracking.

I have paid $18 to deliver in the court document I want the signature on but never got a signature and then they deny receive the mail

Paid for 2 day service. App said parcel to be delivered by days end. It is now the 7th day and I still do not have my package. Other than a refund for cost of shipping there is no compensation for delay, which is costing me literal dollars and cents by not having package in guaranteed time. Not the first time something like this has happened.

This is absolute horrible a package was mailed to me from New Brunswick ant after two weeks it has made it a total of 120 km to Fredericton I hate Canada Post.

Are you kidding me - my envelope is 5 hours away and I've been waiting for it for a week and still has not arrived - it was rerouted to some weird area. NOW on the chat line I am being asked to pay $2 for them to find my package - are they serious based on how much you have to pay for express post, which is how the envelope was sent. What is the damn problem - I could have driven to another province to get the parcel and it would have been here on time. There are sentimental items in there - this is not rocket science!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm furious about this.

Terrible, I was supposed to receive my package yesterday, but it says it was delayed because of re-route. But it’s sitting in Saskatoon but not with me. And if they make a mistake, should they not try to deliver on a Saturday, even by truck as mailmen/ladies do not deliver on saturdays. So does this mean I have to wait till Tuesday? As Monday is thanksgiving. Wow not impressed. Maybe get someone who knows what they are doing.

I lost my package bec the delivery man left it to the community box and gave it to the wrong address. I checked tracking said it was delivered but didnt get any even a note if i need to pick it up to shoppers.. called customer service many times and didnt resolve tje problem. THEY DIDNT EVEN Check the delivery guy where he left the package.. for weeks nothing happen. Until they gave us $11 for the package worth almost $300..its hard to trust canada post employees anymore..worst shipper company. Its like a third worl.country now..its better to ship with FEDEX, PUROLATOR, CANPAR, DHL...i wish canada post close permanently!!!!
