The worst customer service ever. A package I dropped off on Tuesday is still sitting at the Post Office on Friday and can’t tell me when it will be processed to leave. Not impressed.

My brother sent me a pkg on Sept.28/22. Still waiting..

$12 for a legal size envelope/ pkg is bad enough but $6 gas surcharge are you kidding me?!? what a fricken joke/ cash grab! and 3-5 days took 11,

Canada Post tracking for orders should show up like it does for Amazon purchases. It's by far more accurate. I am not happy with Canada Post tracking information. Obviously with the reviews this has to be better and get the same tracking software that amazon has. Hopefully it gets upgraded but probably won't.

Terrible. Order was supposed to arrive by Tuesday October 4th and it hasn’t even left the facility 3 days after the promised & paid for delivery date

Parcel leaves devon alberta at 5,:30 pm and not processed in Edmonton til next day at 4 pm for delivery to Logan lake bc! What gives??

What horrible service. Do you people send parcels by horse and buggy? We pay for express shipping and it takes forever. It's a crime to charge that amount of money and the service is that slow. Horrible service. Maybe consider getting your act together folks.

Very disappointing.. UPS take same amount of money but delivery is next day. Canada post takes 5 to 6 days for same delivery. Very bad..

Worse service in the world, I am sure! Takes 5 days for a parcel to travel from Halifax to Wolfville once received at the depot from Ontario. This does not include a weekend. Halifax on Monday and arrives in Wolfville on Friday. A one hour drive...approximately 60Kms.

My package was supposed to be here October the 4th, I have seen it around town (from the tracking number) so it has been in town since October the 4th and it's the 6th now and I still haven't received it.

Canada post gets me my stuff okay other than when they don’t put my mail in the box and send it to shoppers for pickup

Never delivers to my rural address. Purolator and fedex can find it. Poor service and poor website, tracking and notification info. Sellers shouldn’t use CP
