1 star rating is too good. Over the past 4 years, Canada post has lost over $500 worth of items I have posted. Doesnt matter if you pay for tracking. Still don't know where my items are. And so expensive for such a terrible service!!

Rates are high and service is low

When I received my box it was broken & torn. Some of the contents was exposed. This was really sad considering what I ordered. I never expected it to arrive mangled. The time it took to reach me wasn't an issue considering it was coming from the Netherlands & it went from Deutsche mail to DHL to Canada Post. Along the way my package looked like it had been through a kick & rip box here. Disappointing Michelle

Its only 2km I don’t understand why it takes one week and a half and still not arrived

Is there a delay for every package that I order, am I being targeted for some reason.Or just being punished by Canada Post. Every time a package hit SUDBURY it takes a week to get to my home town which by the way is 4 hour drive from SUDBURY, I no there is no more CVID so what is the excuse now. RFB

Was supposed to be her 8 days ago.. been sitting in Sudbury since last Thursday the 29 of September… why? Very pathetic and poor service…

Box was damaged

It’s appalling of having sent out registered documents to Australia on August 26 2022 and them not having received them yet when l checked with them today October 3rd 2022

Really bad service. They lost my official document due to their negligence. They have done all false investigation. I had taken express post still lost my document. Zero rating

This post delayed my parcel, before it they lost it or delivered to another place. I have been waiting for my parcel more than 5 days already. And didn't get yet. And don't where it is. Nasty service...

Poor service with Canada post 1 to 3 days express post ..my package was sent on the 28th and it's the 3rd going on the 4th no package..I leave in 2 days and I need my passport. I'm so not impressed with express post at all ..so will Canada post be paying me back for my flight and the renewal of my visa

I mail a package on September 17 and it still has not be received and it October the 3. Poor service

Easy tracking makes for happy customer

Worst service EVER!! Been waiting for almost a week and was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday,Thursday, than monday. Now a whole new week, this is crap!! If your short staffed HIRE SOMEONE
