1 to 3 days and I still haven't received it and it's very important as I fly out Thursday..I'm not impressed with Canada post express

I paid for express mail they were supposed to get it in 3 days took them 18 days

I paid for fast shipping and it was suppose to be delivered on Friday. It’s now Sunday and still not shipped. Canada post is slacking and needs to get it together.

Canada post must be closed service is worse in world my parcel is lost I spent $138 to ship it shame on Canada post our country loosened values of number one in world

For the price you are charged very poor service. Used yo be so much better. What happened!!!

Second time using XPRESSPOST. Never delivered on time

I dropped a return item at the Simcoe St post office on Saturday Sept 24 @9:46am paid $37.20 for the parcel to be delivered to Whitby. Said box was delivered to me on Thursday Sept 29 @ 2:45. I instructed the driver to take it back and deliver to the correct the Whitby address. So far the box has travelled 214 kl. and no details today on the tracking app as to where the box is..

Was supposed to take 6 to 8 days the tracking was good I gave you play by play but when got to Montreal it basically vanished it was giving all details until it hit Montreal meaning it gave when going to Montreal it said item in transit but when in Montreal it didn't tell you it was in transit nothing like but That said it did make it to its destination

Don't understand why I send a parcel from Windsor Ontario to Detroit Michigan....almost across the street but it goes to Mississauga first ? mind blown

Slower than if delivered by dog team. Very poor tracking information on my parcel.

I am lucky. I trust Canada Post for their friendly and safe and fast service. They are responsible postal companies.

Trying to tracking Registered documents sent from Greece . Arrived in Canada 30 of August 2020 but there is no way to get an answer from Canada Post what happened to the documents.
