Great service and quick delivery

2kg parcel arrived Richmond B.C on 28 Sept 2022, and will be delivered between 7-18 Oct 2022. I live in Alberta. Absolutely deplorable. Pony Express of the 1800's could do it faster. Now I know why Canada Post depends on Government Bailouts. I am forced to rate a 1 because there is no 0.

Always seem to get my mail and parcels in a timely fashion.

As compared to other services they have no idea when you will receive your package

Awesome service! I had my parcel posted yesterday and and today it was delivered in Ottawa.

It cost me $22.21 to register an envelope to go to London, U.K. and as I see it now, it should be delivered on the 9th day after it was mailed. It goes by air does it not, not a ship. And the cost is prohibitive to register an envelope.

you are getting better, my only concern is; when I hav package delivery doesn’t mater of size it should deliver to special parcel with meany sizes, because sometime mailman squeezed my electronic stave, letters and flayers in my letter box and braked all fragile plastic pieces of my diy parts, it need to be fix use and purpose of destination of parcel packages boxes and letter boxes, thanks, they need more discipline not own solution of main!?!?

They lost my package and now they cant tell me where it is thats canada post for you.

Used the Request Canada Post deliver package to Canada Post facility option bc I realized I had keyed in the wrong delivery address and attempts to change it with merchant weren’t working. Instead they dropped it a week later at the wrong address and I was out hundreds of dollars for a package I didn’t receive.

Well this says my package was delivered, but where? Cuz there has been nothing delivered and bo one came to the door, wo wtf. Even our normal mailman gives us a knock on the window obove thw mail box if there's anything that's not a normal envelope or flyer. So would really like to know where it is

This happened more than once where package “was delivered in community box” however, I did not receive it - destination was a totally different location and CP could not identify the address it was delivered to! How can that be???? Very frustrating and such a time waster. So now I had to open a ticket and STILL have to wait! Who knows if the package can be found and re-delivered ?

Horrible service. No updates and as far as I can tell my package is sitting in Ottawa. For the passed 7 days. Ugh
