  • I sent my third package at the end of. May. I never had any problem with the 1st & 2nd but this time my package is still in México City and my family in waiting for it in Guadalajara City

  • Package came from Massachusetts to Edmonton. Sat in Edmonton from Thursday to Monday without being delivered. Monday went to Prince George BC. Back to Edmonton by the following Wednesday. Not impressed or happy with the service.

  • Package went into limbo mode shipped out of facility back to facility bought insurance tracking showed fault of shipper being in their hands never delivered and also denied insurance complete joke lost 500 dollars through their inept procedures

  • I sent a parcel worth about $80.00 Canada fund from Florenceville-Bristol NB Post office in September 2021. The lady handling my order didn't seem to know what she was doing. Finally after asking me personal information infront of afew other patrons...she seem to have got the delivery task finished. My parcel was not tracked...a huge mistake on my part because it never made it to my sister's home in New Jersey!! very sad and I feel it was the lady who served me did something wrong. I have never had a parcel not make it to its destination. I usually use Woodstock or Hartland NB POST offices. The clerks there seem to know what they are doing. plus I always get tracking on parcels before and since that incident.

  • Worst! As simple as that, no other words can describe the service. Incompetent, they will make the process difficult for the customer. You ordered online to be delivered at your doorstep but they will leave a stupid door tag that you have to pock it up at their preferred Canada post site. Total stupidity at its finest.

  • Once my parcel reached Canada I was sent a tracking number from the online store that I purchased from. However it sat in Toronto for 4 days. I'm not sure if it was customs that took so long to clear it or Canada post didn't pick it up very promptly? Once it reached Edmonton the rest of me tracking It & contacting Canada post went quickly and they had the wrong postal code from the sender in China. Once I contacted them to rectify the problem they went above & beyond to get it to me quickly. Great service.

  • Have lost my package and after many hours on chats and calls with their team still no closer to locating it. Plus their team tried to say there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary on my shipping.. when they on the call prior said they messed up sorting (after my package being out for delivery and not received) and shipped my package to another province and have not received a proper update since despite my Efforts.
