My friend had to wait way longer than they should have for the package, and on top of that it arrived broken. They were so excited to open a broken package... At this point it would have been faster and more efficient if I just drove out on a journey across Canada to deliver it myself

Why doesn't Canada Post deliver a package to my house. Legally I don't live at the community mailbox? Canada Post seems to think so. If Canada post delivers to a mailbox why do they charge the same as a delivery company? I am on disability and Canada post still won't drop my package at my door. I understand it's cost savings but why do I have to pay and you save money?

A tiny package should not take a week to go from Montreal to Vancouver Island. In the past, it took like 3 days. The postal service really falling down, but wants more money for worst service. Well okay.

Worst ever! A package sent from Burlington Ontario to me in Ottawa Ontario picked up in Montreal then went to Calgary and is stuck there. What a waste of gas and time!

My son sent a parcel priority mail said 2 days paid $24. Done on Sept. 20th it is now 24th and nothing came in. Would like our money back. Very upset

Not really sure why a letter going to NewYork would go to Richmond BC 1st and then to California where it is sitting for a week and still not enroute to NY

Very good service, supposed to be delivered on November 28th and received on September 23rd !! Thank you very much !!

Parcel attempted delivery at 0753, while I was outside trimming hedges. No truck showed up, no person knocked, nobody even stopped on the road between 0700 and 0900. It was a heavy package, so the guy probably just didn’t want to bother lifting it and lied and said I wasn’t in. Didn’t even leave a attempted delivery slip, I had to look it up. I wish I could give 0/5.
