Parcel came from the US and made its way to Dieppe NB on Sept 18 and is still in Dieppe. Delivery was to be on Sept 21 but still don’t have it. Now the notification says delivery on Sept 26 or Sept. 29 but cannot get any answer why. Such poor service here in Canada.

I paid extra for fast shipping for my grandson to get his birthday gift, birthday over and still no delivery I guess I should have saved my money, very very very unreliable very disappointed

As usual, the parcel I sent did not arrive on the day I was promised. It did not come on the day after I was promised. I will NEVER use Canada Post again. This makes me sad because I want Canada Post to succeed, but it will be UPS next time.

I paid 58$ For a parcel to be shipped 5hs away and it went 2hrs past maple ridge and has been sitting there since 6:30 am. Wtf did I pay for.

I like the staff at the Sackville NB office, they all go out of their way to make sure that you feel like part of a family and just a number.

I didn’t think it could get any worse when they lost a money order & said they couldn’t do anything?? Now a parcel has been in dieppe, New Brunswick since the 17th & I’m in Newfoundland?? Tracking is not updating, just wait it’s moving?? What’s the point of tracking??? Canada post is the worst ever!!!
