The worst service ever, no straight answer on status of a package that was sent in august for an 15 days delivery overseas, we are now in sept and my package is still on route, but where in route is it? How long till it reaches the destination? I have it showing me in Montreal, complete crap on their tracking. they do not know, we paid a lot for this parcel to reach overseas and they do not care. Do not ship with Canada Post

Parcels are sitting in Dartmouth, N.S, since Thursday, now Wednesday the following week and still haven't received them. Not happy at all.

$27 for a registered letter to Austria that is now in Australia (and apparently lost) 30 some odd days after being mailed. Not terribly impressed.

I am extremely disappointed in Canada post tracking to Florida … it only tracked to Chicago and as of yet on Sept 21st I have not received notification by email that my package had arrived even though the recipient contacted me 4 days ago that it had arrived

Am waiting for my passport,i sent for stamp but it showing delivered. I attached two envelope one for sending and other for coming back, but it showing delivered only i worried about it please send it to me back please

Worst service ever. Waiting for a package , checked tracking and was told it was delivered. Was home the whole time. No package, called Canada post and was told they would look into it. 1/2 hr later package arrived and driver was very rude when I asked why it showed delivered and was not . He premarked it delivered from another address he was at and then brought it here. 2 nd package waiting for it and was told it was out for delivery. Saw the delivery truck at the end of my street and he was delivering packages but not mine.

My package has been in Montreal since the 13th of sept. No movement. What are you people doing. It's a long break don't you think

As a former CP EMPLOYEE.. this company is horrible from the supervisors to the union steward in the wear house. The employees are over worked at times… and guess what make sure u get the flyers out mail and parcels and packages come after that .. remember that .. you will get in more trouble for not delivering flyers, it’s ok to bring back everything else.

FedEx held my package for a week in Calgary as I watch a truck drive by my door. They then give it to Canada Post a week later it is still in Calgary.

My parcels have been delivered quickly to both sides of the country. Pre paid boxes are so affordable and insured. I send parcels at least once a month and the service has been excellent.

Im waiting for my passport from ottawa since more than one week. When i check the track number it show me. Delayed. Im scared for my passport. Please. Send me my passport. It my id . Its show me delayed only

Every time I have paid $26 for tracking and it never works ! I’m going to go to UPS from now on!

Waiting since 3 months for gift cards I was suppose to receive in one week. I'm speechless.

Do they ever get stuff to people on time I'm done with Canada post guess that's what you get with government employees

Tracking info says my parcel was delivered, it was not and appears to be lost. If you have a different shipping option, choose it as Canada Post is awful for losing packages and providing no assistance in locating them
