Paying $42.00 to send an envelop from Edmonton to UK and takes 3 weeks? Oh, hello, are we sending it by horses? UNACCEPTABLE

This service is awful. It is also expensive. $30 to send a parcel to the U.s. I was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It's been over two weeks and has not moved an inch in the Las week. Can't even talk to a real person.

Absolutely crappy. Nothing is ever on time. They are always at least a month late in delivery.

I mailed my package Wednesday, Express. Originally delivery date was Friday. It's now Saturday and it's still in Ontario. Been at the same spot for 2 days. And now saying it won't be there till Tuesday. Don't pay for express right now because ain't nothing express.

Had a parcel that took 5 days to go from Hong Kong, to clearing customs in Vancouver. It then took 3 weeks to go from Vancouver to Mississauga, then back to Vancouver, then finally to Calgary. I could have walked to Vancouver and back in that time. And who’s the braintrust that would send a package that has already cleared customs, to the other side of the country, then back again to where it came from 4300km away, only to send it to its final destination that had already been passed twice?? That’s like going to DQ down the street, but boarding a flight to Winnipeg to get there.

Waited home all day Friday 16th for a parcel that had said was arriving today and needed signed for! At 1600 I check again and it’s now changed to Tuesday 20 by end of day! But the item had been processed in my town already! So much for expresspost!

Canada Post is ridiculous. My parcel went to BC from Toronto and that took ALMOST 2 MONTHS. The last leg from BC to Australia took 9 days!!!

I a letter to Europ on September 1st, and arrived on September 16, 2022. I paid #22 CAD for fast truck. What's a shame ?

Every other carrier service can get stuff on time not Canada post then they put a sticker on your door that you have to sand off idiots
