It's ridiculous that a package goes from Hamilton, ON to New Brunswick when it's final destination is Alberta! Also, I'm trying to track my parcel. When I checked yesterday, it said delivery by end of day today. I check today, and it says it's still in Montreal! It doesn't seem to have even made it as far "west" as it's original point of posting! Ridiculous!

I recieved email to pick up my parcel and when I presented the number in the email to the postperson it came up in my name but the parcel had someone else's name and address on it. I don't know where MY parcel is, but it most definitely was not delivered! The staff are struggling with a new system? A lot of unhappy residents in this community

Waiting for my parcel from last 30days it’s not delivered yet

I would not give Canada Post no stars this time. I sent a letter to Germany by registered mail on July 12 and it is still not delivered on September 14. My question is will it ever get delivered?

Ok, at least I did get my package in a timely manner. But they jammed 1 package in my mailbox so tightly that I had to damage it to get it out. How hard is it to leave my package at the post office for me to pick up? Is it fun seeing how smashed you can make a package? And it has happens a bunch of times it isn’t a one of.

Everyone who works at the Sackville NB main office and the convenient store is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

I ordered a item from. Amazon. Shipped from China and the original shipment got delivered in Surrey BC replacement shipment got delivered To someone I Vancouver. What the heck is up?

Been waiting 2 weeks for a small package from Vancouver, to New Brunswick. Unreal. Slow as heck!! You guys get a 1 start for this time!

Paid for next day delivery, left Wednesday and supposed to be at the destination Thursday, doesn’t arrive until the following Monday. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that ?

I send a small parcel to France via Canada Post on Aug 26TH and was promised delivery in 1 week! Well it is now Sept 13TH and has not been delivered!!! I paid $78 for this service!! I want full refund for the misleading information!!
