Bad service…. Too slow….

I m waiting for my parcel since august 16th and now it is my second time that the sender resend my parcel I m pissed off. Where it is now it supposed to be in Thompson Manitoba already ?

Xpresspost is now on the 12th day of no delivery! Every day it says its out for delivery, then it says its delayed, this service should be free, I probably would have gotten it sooner by putting it in the regular mail.

One week for express shipping from Ottawa to Barrie? Site updates are messed up and 2 days behind. You chatge $25 fpr shipping. I could have paid a cravk head on a bicycle that much tp get it sooner.

Je suis satisfait, mais j’ai payer 16$ pour cette enveloppe expresspost est je n’étais pas pressé que le destinataire la reçoive je me suis laissé convaincre par la femme au bureau de Poste Canada. Avec les prix d’aujourd’hui qui sont ridicules j’ai besoin de chaque dollars de chaque 25 cent que je peut ramasser. A bien y panser j’aurais du l’envoyer dans une lettre blanche normal avec un timbre tiens 25 cent c’est tout!

Sent parcel on Aug 24th, supposed to take 5 business days, going from Kelowna, BC to Montreal. Didn't arrive so I tried tracking it online. Tracked it to Calgary where it arrived Aug 26th. Since then (now more than 14 says) the o/l tracking system still shows it going no further than Calgary. I tried having an o/l chat but each time I was asked to provide credit card info in order to proceed, said whatever was charged would be refunded. I'm not willing to do that, and feel I shouldn't have to. Went back to originating post office. The agent couldn't pull up anything more than I could, gave me a 1-800#. Called them. After giving me the same info I already had, and a small apology, they said to wait til Monday to see if delivered over weekend. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED, CANADA POST! You charge enough for your service, but can't seem to guarantee proper delivery.

Everytime Amazon uses Canada post, we're in for a long wait. The worse delivery service in the country for sure. I have hundreds of delivery per year and each one are usually on time, except if Canada Post is involved, they are delayed 100% of the time.

This is the second time I payed for one day delivery and this time it's been 5 days and still not delivered.
