Mailed package from post office xpresspost on the 7th to get to destination for Thursday the 9th for a birthday gift - as of 10th still no package! Called the telephone number for tracking (useless) told me to check by 5 pm, no package at 5 pm, called back was told to check at 8 pm - still no package. Signed up for email notification - not one email - not happy at all with the $15 charge for one light envelope.

I've had all great experiences with Canada Post mailing parcels all year. Arrive. Safe. On time. Anything I receive, has also been by professional and respectful drivers.

Canada Post is more than sufficient in shipping packages, people not living on Vancouver Island BC Canada need to understand how the corporation operates here. I live in Port Hardy, a Vancouver Island city on the North end of the Island, all residents here have a PO Box attached to their physical residential address, so if the package is not properly labeled with the PO Box inclusion then Canada Post will return it to sender, any retailers out there or Banking/Financial institutions sending packages or other related retail items must properly label the address for a successful delivery, this is a Canada Post policy for the area mentioned herein. Please note this fact, call Canada Post to confirm this information as to many consumers residing in Port Hardy BC Canada are not receiving and/or not being able to recieve consumer goods or credit instruments due to some issue of having a PO Box, not only insulting but also due to ignorance of a sender and policy of certain institutions that a PO Box is not acceptable in one's address...any reader of this important information should consider making an exception to and for the residents of Port Hardy BC Canada...

The service for this order was below acceptable. The company didn’t know the carrier for delivery or the tracking number. To find out it’s Canada Post was thought to be a relief. Turns out over a month later my order is in transit finally, in Canada but still looking at a week or two before I’m expected to receive it. Totally unacceptable shipping time. Now awaiting for the product. I will keep you posted if the correct item was even sent to me or if it ever arrives. At this rate I’m firmly asserting that something is going to be wrong with it. Worst yet. Way to go Canada post.

I use canada post at least once a month to send pkgs out and i never have an issue. im happy with the service and will continue to use it

Canada post has had my package for three weeks in a facility. Mean while I had many other package show up and be delivered well after this one was apparently shipped. And when I went to the local post office in my town all they can say is patient in a very rude and aggressive manner meanwhile enquiring kindly about it. Such a disappointment

If I could give 0 stars I would The worst delivery service ever for packages...if it's in be a small envelope with a stamp, you will get it, packages however, it's a 50/50 chance and when you do receive it, It's NEVER on time
