ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE - Registered mail shows on delivery days ago and still not delivered. Good luck with CS, won't even answer the phone.....

Worst delivery service and no accountability. They drop off at wrong address have someone sign with irrelevant name and then they tell me in 3 days after investigation They will give me their contact so i can beg for my package ? i will never use this entitled joke as a delivery again. FED EX all the way

Very slow and takes forever to clear customs

I could drive from Toronto and back faster than it takes to get a parcel delivered. I live in BC

It’s almost two weeks since sending the parcel and tracking # can’t be located. WTF?

I have tracking number and I can not get final destination. Just whitin Canada.

I have always found their shops, staff very organised, attentive, helpful, and communicative with courtesy. Received and sent parcels, letters almost always promptly, and within promised deadlines. Online tracking works well too.

Parcel was not even delivered.to me was.dilivered in Winnipeg not new brunswick
