They were polite at post office and helped packed gift for me nice service

Sent a parcel on December 5th from Glace Bay. Week later and it shows it only made it to Halifax. Has to make it to Toronto. So much for Canada Post flat rate box.

Acceptance of delivery dates as a laughable joke by employees does not correct the root cause of provide confidence to the public. Accountability is everything. It starts with the first person to handle the package and ends with the last.

Service really sucks, paid extra for fast delivery for bad delivery speed

Canada post is a very slow delivery company. I stopped using them for paying bills when they increased the price of a stamp. I force the charities to send postage paid envelopes. This service for sending donations to charity should be free. Amazon needs to use a new carrier.

You will NOT get an awesome review from me. As a matter of fact, I will never use Canada Post services ever again. I am boycotting you and have many people agreeing and takin my side. The prices are ridiculous and the fuel charge should be illegal

Have tracking number. Phoned head office they cannot find our parcel. Was shipped December 2. Guess I will not use their service next year.

My husband mailed a package to Barrie Ontario on the 6th of December by EXPRESS POST and as of today Dec. 12th it has not arrived. For a service that should not take more than 4 business days it has taken 6 business days. I really don't appreciate this.

unreliable, expresspost shipment failed, should have been delivered within 2 workdays. Did not get delivered after 5 workdays, tracking does not show updates on shipment locations and canada post has no clue where it. They allow them selfes 12 Days before they will answer my investigation request. $30 for a letter which they cant handle. Second fail this year, seems their system is broken.

Customer service was shit

Returned Iphone 11 paid for the express shipping it was supposed to be delivered within 2 business days and its still stuck in transit and was JUST processed .. It was not supposed to go to belleville - (wrong direction) and its been 5 days hasnt moved.

I had parcels for customer which was urgent coming from Montreal to brampton Shoppersworld mall it’s business place it says business was close for day wow not good service .... store opean from 10 am till 9 pm his cone business close ..anyway my parcel still not received what kind of service is it I have to refund money to customer 0 rating

I have been waiting for a parcel from Ontario for almost two weeks now and have not received it yet
