Unacceptable! Parcels in December completely stuck, takes weeks, not days for them to deliver within Canada - this is happy holidays from Canada Post :(((

I have no idea why anyone complains about Canada Post. I've always great service, both ways, sending and receiving.

Never get your package the day your supposed to. I’m requesting CP not carry my stuff anymore.

Terrible I've been waiting for a package from them since December 5th and its now December 11 and still waiting

How can an envelope clearly marked have a processing error? And it is Expresspost! Nobody can tell me when it will be delivered. Why is that????

The amount of times I've had "Signature Required" on a package and they just don't even come to my door, simply taking it to the Post Office, is appalling.

Detailed tracking is not detailed at all. Package is 2 days late, and no clue where it is.

Useless. Tells when dropped off. Nothing else

I sent a parcel to Toronto on December 02, got a tracking number but it doesn't work, parcel has not arrived in Toronto

Had a package shipped from Ottawa to Alberta, took over a week. A person can drive from Ottawa to Alberta in a few days. And tracking packages through Canada Post is a joke!!!

Sent out two packages costing 60 dollars got tracking numbers for the packages but they fail to update where it is unless it takes a week to travel out of Edmonton. Nope I drive out every couple of years and it only takes 3 days. Why charge so much offer a tracking number then fail to update the status never using Canada post again. Hope our fine government goes cuts there service FedEx from now on
