Paid to get parcel delivered next day and that was Tuesday and this is Friday and still not delivered

So my package was in Montreal on dec 9 and it’s still there. It was supposed to be delivered on dec 11

Support is non existent. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I sent two parcels on the same day Dec6/19 however tracking shows that one has been delivered to Alberta and the other is still sitting in Ontario. Poor customer service

Horrible parcel delivery service, was given to place of origin dec 4/19 and was suppose to arrive Dec 12/19. You was emailed original notice of shipment Dec 5/19 and have not heard anything from Cda Post or Fedex since and no delivered parcel. I tried to track parcel and it hasn’t left place of origin yet????

Dilivery is late. You say it may be late we all know your business, so be prepared don’t say your coming by days end and know show, now waiting again.

Canada Post change the name of the overnight one day prior delivery to one week delivery LOL

Paid extra on Tuesday for special delivery & still NOT there!!!! What a RIP OFF for that extra cost.... should actually get a refund as not delivered as promised!!!!!

Shipment from Mississauga from 09Dec. Today is 13Dec no information displayed on the tracking system. I am just wondering..... Not at all happy with the tracking update.

Terrible Slow Service

Slow delivery and slow response time

Sent an express envelope on December 9 and it still has not been delivered as of December 13. Will never us high priced bad service Canada post ever again.

Canada post is a very slow delivery company. I stopped using them for paying bills when they increased the price of a stamp. I force the charities to send postage paid envelopes. This service for sending donations to charity should be free.

Parcels never showed up and also have had a few that are super late also staff cant read address properly as I have gotten other people parcel with wrong address Canada post has become a joke
