The tracking has changed and not for the better!!!

Ordered a television online, was home the day it was delivered - the driver made no effort to even come to my door to put a slip, let alone even attempt to buzz my apartment. I then had to go in person to Canada Post office for pick up and attempt at carrying a 43inch television into an Uber I had to pay for - when I already paid for delivery for Canada Post. If I can avoid ever using this company - I will.

My package was picked up on monday paid for 3 day shipping its friday and cant even get a proper tracking information will not use canada post ever or shop from companies that they use canada post

Was advised a parcel was to arrive by the end of today after waiting two weeks and it is 10:33pm with no sign of package and no update on website. The worst!

My item was sent surface mail to Scotland when I asked for airmail now it will never arrive in time.

Faster shipping than what I expecting by 3 or 4 days.

My parcel Left 4 days ago and there is no update either through the app or the post office direct. Ridiculous

Tracking my courier. Posted before 2 days and under xpress post but still showing no updates..

Expedited parcel never makes the promised 2 day delivery and tracking just gets blanked out with no update

I will never again order from a company that uses Canada post at this time of year. Less than 100 klm's to travel and still MIA

Sent a package 6 days ago. Told it would arrive ottawa area dec 17th. It's already there. The entire process was seamless. Thank you Canada Post!!

Paid for 2 day delivery and it took 5 days. Why sell 2 day delivery if you can’t deliver in that time frame?

The online tracking doesn’t offer any valuable data as it appears my package has been at the drop off facility for the past three days. I hope this isn’t the case!

I ordered a package from Amazon from US to my address in Ontario through Canada Post. Made it through the Canadian Border to Hamilton but been sitting there for a week with no tracking updates. Supposed to take 12 days for standard delivery but hasn't arrived yet. It is past the due date with no update. Very poor service.
