Two days to pick up after the tracking information was created and another two days to be processed in Mississauga... at this rate I’m doubting the promised “before Christmas” delivery. Letters seem to be ok but packages are way too expensive considering the time it takes to actually deliver.

My mom's parcel still hasn't been delivered. They told me that would take 2 days. Tracking still says item accepted at post office. I sent the parcel Monday it's not Saturday ....

My parcels have all been late or lost this year despite paying extra for deli!!

I sent a 2 packages express post on december 2 2019 i parcel reached its destination on december 4 2019 the second package has been lost since the day it was shipped . And today it is december 14th and no where in sight so why pay the extra

*DO NOT USE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* Use UPS. Sent a packages to Europe. I paid extra for "express shipping" I was told it will be there in 6 days. It is now the 14th, package is still in Canada. Very annoyed and disappointed with the misinformation that was given to me. DO NOT USE CANADA POST FOR SHIPPING ANY ITEM.

If you send an international package, use UPS. I paid extra for "express shipping" to Europe. I was told I'll be there in 6 days. That was not case. It's been 2 weeks and the package is still in Canada. Very disappointed in the miss information that was provided to me.

Not impressed with the service. 1 week I've been waiting for a package that was sent expresspost. Get it together guys!

Package still in Stoney Creek after 8 days.

I was told that my parcel would be delivered within 8-10 days. Mailed on Dec. 2 and only processed in Montreal on Dec. 11.

Worst on earth

Sent a letter xpost dec 5 and on the 13th still not there. Don't know why I had to pay for guaranteed 3 day delivery. What a disappointment.

A tracking system is only as good as the people entering the information which in this case is useless. My package cleared Halifax Friday morning at 3:45 and nobody can tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. It was coming to my business address so they expect me to be there all weekend in case they find it.

I'm not sure why it takes so long for delivery. My outfit didn't come in time for my Christmas party. I'll stay with one day delivery from Amazon and wayfair. I'm very upset. Delivery was supposed to be yesterday.
