Since I've moved post Canada keeps "losing"my stuff tracking says ready for pick up I go to get it and they never "recieved it" the lady's that work in the office are really rude and make threats...I think they are In the wrong line of work and should not be threatening their clients and maybe work where they dont no need to work with the public ..I've never had so many problems getting my mail and packages

Very poor customer service. I find it a source of irritation that I have no options other than Canada post for home and office standard mail. Thankfully I can take all my other business to Fedex and get better service with more accountability. Basically the Canada post monopoly forces people to pay top dollar for third rate service.

An item shipped from Aurora on December 5th and only tracking you have is that it arrived in Mississauga on Dec. 6th. Pathetic!

Not happy with service.express parcel at post office on Thursday Dec 5 Kamloops BC.Still not in Pinawa, Manitoba as of late Dec11. Tracking on line is not going through as of 11:50 PM Dec 11.

Zero stars! 5 days to cross Canada and the package sits in Richmond for 5 days without moving. Only 50 km to go! No explanation if you “contact us” so don’t waste your time. A privatized courier would never make it with this kind of service, why is Canada Post still going?

Xpresspost sent from Ottawa on Dec 2nd. Now end of day Dec 11th, No update on tracking since Ottawa Dec 2nd. Phoned no one can tell me where the my passport has got to! NO HELP AT ALL. USLESS One star not deserved ,but I had to press at one.

Very disappointed right now with Canada Post. I know it’s the holidays seasons and Canada Post is quite busy. Believe me I understand that but at the same my parcel was supposed to be here on Monday December 9/19 and now we are Wednesday December 11/19 and still no parcel. Tomorrow is my daughter birthday and I have nothing to give her. It’s been ten days since I placed that order. Thank you Canada Post to ruined my daughter birthday and not getting the gift she asked for.

So bad, only tracking showing every time, and I mean every time! "left country of origin" and that is always 2 weeks behind. Or my favorite, no tracking, no tracking. Item gets delivered, all tracking information shows up. Why even offer the service? Useless.
