Absolutely useless. Paid for express post. Parcel should have arrived a week ago and all I can find out is it is still in transit somewhere on the west coast when it is supposed to be in NY. What that actual heck? Seriously what am I paying for. If a parcel doesn’t arrive within the time you pay for you should be reimbursed in full. Do better. No wonder they’ve coined the term “going postal”

It is not possible for canada post to screw up any worse...if they do not deliver or lose your packages then they ship them back to the sender because they can not read a label they placed on your package and if they can read it they are dumb as soup with what to do with it so they throw it in the trash or sell it for drug money

Package arrived 5 days earlier than expected.

Estimated delivery date of package was on Tuesday but it arrived at local post office on the preceding Friday, 4 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Good job on this one.

Really disappointing experience . I purchase a gift for one my friend online and it's delayed for 20 days and her birthday was gone after that I receive my parcel .Also when I track online it shows that they left a notice but I didn't find that notice anywhere . I am really disappointing with their service .

Canada has become nuisance,,very incompetent management…and the most useless and outdated system of operations that’s going,,,,How come they can’t even deliver an express mail within Toronto and North York in even 2 days. ? I posted express mail in Toronto going to north York,,it has taken 5 business days with holiday in this 5 business,,,but yet they couldn’t deliver the mail…

Unbelievably, Canada Post has begun to take my small packages (I live in an apartment) directly to the Post office in a Shoppers Drug Mart. I am a senior for whom a trip to the post office is a great challenge. This is disgraceful ‘service’.
