On the bright side. Just received a package via Canada Post this morning and the tracking from merchant and from Canada Post still show no indication that it has been delivered, 7 hours plus, later

Express Posted a .244 kg. package from Torquay, Sk to Cochrane AB. Cost was $41.17 How can I write a good review even thought the Torquay Postmistress gave amazing service. Canada Post prices are ridiculous.

A package was sent to me as a 2-day delivery from Toronto to Kirkland Lake. The tracking was accurate and I didn't think it would make it as it sat the first day in Toronto. Further, the estimated delivery date was 4 days after it was sent. But when I checked first thing in the morning, the package was at my local post office all processed! Aside from making the estimated delivery tracker more accurate, I couldn't have asked for more!

No idea where my parcel is. This tracking through Canada Post is useless. No wonder nobody wants to use them.

Why has my parcel sat for 3 wks in RICHMOND BC. And not on the boat to Japan. Its big money to send and should nit be these delays

Very poor service. Website frequently down. Today is Aug.17–no change in location of registered letter since Aug. 12.

Paid $12 for next day delivery 4 days later still not there. Called Canada Post and was given a service ticket. Expect a call the next day !!!! Crickets!

Tracking on here is useless… nooooo idea where the package is

I have had so many bad experiences with Canada Post that I cringe when I get notice that a package is being sent via Canada Post. I just keep my fingers crossed and hope I get to see it without hassle, because customer service doesn’t exist in this organization
