Paid $12 for next day delivery and it took 4 days. Try to get through to Canada Post by phone !! Good luck. Purolator next time

Do not waste your time with canada post.

I sent a parcel on Friday Aug 12 for Alberta. I checked today Tues Aug 16 and its still in Mississauga??? That is pathetic. No wonder people are using UPS and the other courier companies.

Traking does not give out enough info other than out for delivery

Ordered a pkg. Tracking and post office delivered to supposedly, says item delivered. I never received it. Shipping company says sent and delivered. I am at a dead end with no parcel and no refund. Not the way to treat your customers if you want us to use your service again.

Mailed parcel June 29, it is now August 16. Parcel still has not been delivered. Called customer support it’s a joke no help at all.

I shipped from Mississauga to Calgary 10 Boxes and 4 luggages. I received only 10 boxes and 1 luggage. It was already 6 months still I didn’t get my 3 luggages. I called lot of times to customer services still I didn’t get my luggages. I really frustrated to them. I paid 70 dollars each luggages. I had very very important items in my luggages. I will go to the Lawer if I didn’t get my luggages.

Worst tracking tech, three days turned into two weeks.

Unfortunately, I posted a letter from Montreal to Toronto on August 10, but today, August 15, I still haven't received it. It was a express mail. Canada post

Parcel was suppose to be delivered a week ago . Sitting in another state - spoiled another birthday . Very disappointed

Sent a parcel out Thursday from Trenton ON, it’s now Monday and the parcel is already in Kamloops BC. Excellent service.

Worst customer service ever. Paid over 50 US for a express delivery to my door. Didn’t even make an effort to try and come just said they left a card which they didn’t and where to pick up. Lazy union workers. Steal your money. Excuse was it needed a signature. Would have got one if you came to my door.

They don't up date your order when you buy items from Amazon.i called the post office and they said my packages where there and and my messages said sorry will try agian for delivery up date your web site
