Over a week and still hasn't arrived

Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t use them. I paid rush delivery and 2 weeks later it’s still not here. Been sitting with customs for 13 days. They said there is nothing they can do.

I sent my phone Aug 06 to my work location, Fort St. John, BC from Vancouver, i couldn't get it in time, I couldn't work there, and I came back Aug 10 to Vancouver. It was sitting at the Processing center, Richmond for 5 day. i talked with service representatives and a manager and sent emails a few times to Ombudsman, however it won't work. I tried to ask my phone to deliver back to my home after cancelling the delivery to there. it won't work. It's so terrible, i am so stressful. I am renting a phone now, i don't know when i can my phone. losing my business everyday because i don't have any contact numbers.

Been waiting for my parcel since the day it said it would be delivered, stated Aug 9, last update was Aug 2nd, it's Aug 13 and still no package or update. So frustrating

The worst possible service I’ve ever had. Made me wait all day long over 12 hours and never showed up. No reason why?? No excuse for that. If you can pay to go with someone else i strongly recommend it. I’m giving one star cuz I can’t give less.

I sent my phone Aug 06, it’s still sitting in the processing depot today Aug 12 They don’t know where it is located. I called Ombudsman and customer centre, those efforts are useless.pls don’t use Canada Post to deliver your important items, never and ever. I am so much frustrated.

I buy things online 2 sometimes 3 times a week. I buy almost everything online and I always avoid Canada Post when possible. If anything can go wrong, it always does. Customer service is trained to lie about not having specific depot numbers. I know this for certain as I've had them tell me the depot I need doesn't have a single phone in it, only to have my mailman give me the exact depots direct number so I can straighten everything out MYSELF. I don't get paid to do my own investigation. They do. So why am I the one solving their problems over the phone? Completely incompetent and I've even had a $800+ package just "disappear" despite being the size of a midget in a box. Just insane story after story. And all my own stories. Likely hundreds of thousands more just like mine and worse. USE ANY COURIER BUT CANADA POST. THEY ARE THE GUTTER!

Purchase in delta bc. Oing to penticton bc. Received Richmond processing. Sent to missiauga Ontario. Now 2 days late and in transit. You call yourself efficient. I call bs

Worst, delivery system STILL waiting for package after TWO months not two days. Package coming from 200 kms away only . Could have picked it up by biking there faster. Customer service not existing cannot get a reason for delay just saying that it is on its way. Don't bother with them unless you are ready to wait for months.
