Mailed on Monday from Toronto to Alberta. It’s late Thursday evening and the package is still showing in Toronto. Worst service!

I paid extra money to have my parcel delivered quickly. It has been 4 days and it still isn't there. You can't speak to a human. Very frustrating. It's time sensitive material. It would have been cheaper to purolate it next day.

Paid $19 on Thursday May 6th to have an envelope next day delivery - Now I am being told here that delivery date is Sunday May 9th ? I was also told that it would leave the post office at 3 pm but as of 4 pm it has not left ?

I placed order on Saturday. It was picked and ready for transit on Sunday where it has been sitting at Canada Post nearly five days and not shipped out yet. Will cancel my order soon. When ordered a notification said it would be at my house today in Alberta but is still at Canada post on Quebec

This has been the most frustrating experience, it's no wonder people turn to FedEx or Puralotor for deliveries. I am sent an email saying my parcel is on hold because of shipping address information. I try to call the postal office and all you get is a virtual assistant who keeps saying they don't understand. You need to remember Canada Post that your customers need to be able to speak to people and not to computers who don't understand!!!
