Got sent a package that wasn't for me, and tried to use the chat to get it to the correct place. And was asked to pay to speak to someone... Absolute nonsense

I use the 2nd day envelope several times a month. Almost always gets there the next day. I’m happy with the service

Sent a package that was quoted 6-10 business days on May 3rd and it still isn't there. UPS got a much larger package there in 12 days. Will be using them from now on. Sorry to sound like a Karen, but this is just bizarre. I spent more on the shipping than the actual product to get it there in time and still nothing...

Bad left messages to up date but recieved nothing Parcel arrived in Canada 09 May 2024 ....submitted for customer .3 weeks still in transist and stated unexpected delays Wondering what is happening

My parcel to Cuba from rural Ontario left on may 9th, wish sending to cuba was quicker!

Sent a smallish parcel out of Oak Bay, BC on May 17th destined for Richmond, BC. When it was acccepted by Canada Post they put the address on it as per the instructions from Telus and told us it would be delivered by the 24th at thew latest It did no arrive until June 3rd. I could have walked it over faster than that and walked home inclluding the ferry trips. Not a happy camper.

Sent a parcel overseas. Never arrived. CP then tell me I should never have been allowed to insure it for the amount I did, but grudging added they will have to honour it as the post took the order. They also had to look into my "background" to check I hadn't done anything like this before as if I had the claim would be denied. Trying to make me feel like a criminal when they lost a parcel that no amount of insurance money will ever replace due to the sentimental value. I just want the package delivered if returned. They have zero interest in trying to find out exactly what happened. I would give them zero stars if I could. If I never have to send one single letter or card using them ever again I will be fine with that.

I sent an envelop from British Columbia to Maryland on May 21 and it has been stuck in California since May 23. That was 11 days ago. I wonder when it will be delivered?
