Paid for priority- package was to be next day delivery -3 days later it was delivered ! Terrible service

Canada Post is absolutel6 unreliable!!! Why bother paying for Express Post when it still takes days more to get there. It is totally provoking!

What a joke I paid extra for the Express almost 2 weeks now I don't know where my package is this is unacceptable

What’s going on Canada post! I sent my document through express post which suppose to take only 2 days to reach the destination. July 30 o sent and when I check tracking online still in Regina post office! And don’t know if my mail document will go through and I have to wait weeks to know the status of my mail.

Inspite of long weekend delivered faster than expected within 3 days

Paid $120 to send parcel to daughter in Germany. Should have been delivered in 8 days. She still doesn’t have it. Tracking shows received Richmond processing centre the day after I mailed it from mission. Now it’s???!

Totally unreliable..waste of money ...lost packages and NO service..no sense tracking when they lose what they are supposed to be tracking..Canada post is a big joke..cost me hundreds and zero accountability on their end

Unbelievable poor service Unprofessional, promise of speedy delivery broken. Paid $60 Canadian for small package on 08/02/22 to be delivered to Florida on 08/04/22 and as today the records shows it still in Canada. Terrible service

I chose Canada Post over UPS to return my Amazon item, the item to be delivered from Toronto to Mississauga and got lost. Very unreliable service and CP need to review their process before the company collapse. they fail in their only work they do. Thanks to Amazon for understanding my issue and fully refunded my item.

Express delivery the last two times has been great. Only 3 days from bc to Ontario a delicate package and all went well, thank you Canada Post ?
