Terrible. Everything is terrible. No updates for 3 days, no additional information. Paid extra fees for 2 day service. Still at the same pick up location.

Canada Post is truly reliable they will deliver your parcel with care and on time

Not happy. I mailed a card same day same place. It arrived 3 days ago. The letter with tracking on it that cost $22 to track has still not arrived. 9 days so far. Makes no sense to me. I can't think this is good. Sorry but you asked for review overall.

We paid for one day delivery and after 5 days, it’s still in transit!!! Such a terrible service.

I paid over $20. for a package to be delivered from Brandon, to Kitchener, On was told it would be 2-3 days that was on July 26,2022. Not pleased and when messaging to look into it I am transferred over to a tech but have to pay for that service. Not happy

Could someone from Canada post please explain what I'm getting by paying 20.00 for express post...it always takes at least a week to go from Ontario to PEI..the service is atrocious..

Paid 16$ for express delivery in 2 days on July 27. Aug 3 still in transit. Should have delivered it myself. only 20 km away from me. Is there a star for zero rating?

Pay for express post and it took 8 days to get there. Why am I paying 25 dollars for this when it took the same amount of time as regular post? Unreal.

This is the worst delivery center ever. My package has now been sent back to sender twice. Like what is so hard in delivering an item

A lazy postman didn’t do his job, simply left a note and ask me to collect may parcel in the post office next business day which is 4 days later. I am at home all that day and our apartment has auto storage room and 24 hours concierge, impossible fail to deliver if he tried.

Paid to get home sale documents send as quickly as possible... 1 day service. Sent Monday afternoon going from Regina, Sk to Calgary, Ab. That was,LAST Monday, documents STILL havent arrived at the lawyers. I should have drived tge 7 hours and brought them there myself. What ajoke, dont offer what you clearly CANT deliver on Canada Post!!!

8.00 bucks "fuel surcharge" on a 20 gram package?!? Greedy basta*ds.

This Brampton sorting facility must be the worst location ever...why does nobody look into this...my oackage was rerouted since 19 th July...? Still not here...how does a package go on wrong delivery truck with right address and still not there ???? R these people stealing the packages??? I'm upset beyond imagination...should get the authorities involved now.
