Paid for XpressMusic, and it need to reach in 3 days....why it is showing a week time for delivery...This is not fair service for money...

Payed for overnight delivery for a small package that was urgently needed from calgary to victoria....its day 6..package is still stuck in regina processing location...no chance over the long weekend as they do not work weekends and of course the holiday....how can you offer a overnight service if you are closed 2 days out of every week...will never use this service again...has been highly stressful...no escalation support..no options ....we are leaving victoria before the package arives to go back home...no idea how we will get it back home in calgary now...very stressful...lesson learned...if its important and urgent do not use this service

S ent package on 22nd July to the UK.On the website it has only got Richmond How long before it is in UK recorded delivery is not worth it is to slow

Profoundly terrible service. The letter carrier stated that he attempted delivery, left two notices, but in actuality no delivery was attempted. We are home 24/7, and it would be impossible to have made any attempt without us being aware. There is no evidence on our video cam to support any attempt at delivery. Simply impossible, simply infuriating.

A registered letter was poorly managed. It took 5-days to reach Toronto from Calgary. Worse yet, the delivery was not made. No notice was ever left, and we are absolute certain that no attempt was ever made. We work from home and are available 24/7/365. There is always someone home, we live in a single family home and we have a locked private mailbox. This was one of many recent sub-standard service deliveries that we have experienced. The 3rd, non delivery and non notification of a registered letter. Unacceptable, I am simply furious at Canada Post. Paula Menzes

Totally unreliable, paid $130 for expenses delivery and am on day 5 with no idea where the parcel is. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could rate it lower I would. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of July. It’s now the 28th and it’s still sitting in a depot in Burlington 200km the other way from which it needs to be. In other words it disappeared!! Stop blaming all the disruptions on that stupid Covid, there was never a pandemic!! Get your crap together and hire back the employees you fired for no reason!! Canada post is the worst way to get anything delivered
