Not like it even a bit, said delivery completed, but never received, happened quite often

I order airpods through best buy which would be delivered by canada post. Now it showed delivered but i did not received yet. I am really disappointed with 3716163583993260 their service.

Great service all the bad reviews are impatient people.

Absolute joke years of dealing with this leave my package at my front door cause its to big for a mailbox and they try to shove it in the mailbox anyways and claim its a failed delivery and have to wait till the post office is almost closed to pick it up there is a heatwave i shouldnt have to go walking all over town to pick up a package and i shouldnt have to ambush the delivery guy in the mailroom to force him to deliver it to me instead of taking it back so i can pick it up later terrible service all other delivery services are able to leave on my door if its to big but an absolute nightmare to deal with canada post cause they just admit they do it and tell you all you can do is come pick it up once we have it here as a failed delivery

One point everytime

Its not quite reliable. I update the information about the parcel delivery must leave on the front door incase no one can receive it when it arrives. But then, it says in the tracking update that the parcel has arrived. But its not in the front door yet. So i guess, they leave a mail/ticket in the mailbox and its not convenient to go to the canada post office just to get this parcel. Also, the parcel arrived late.

when I called for my parcel they can't even tell me where was it. bad experience ever

My item was posted on July 19. They said it would arrive in 3 days. Today is 7 days. I paid to get it in 3 days

A parcel intended for a Mussassauga, ON address wS sent on July 14 using a printed company label. It was shipped to Calgary, Winnipeg and then back through Ontario to Missassauga. On the 25th of July, I called the company as no refund had yet been posted to my credit card. They checked tracking, but said it had not arrived. I checked tracking myself to discover it went west to AB, then Manitoba then finally back to Ontario. Mailing took place in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario which is less than one business day from destination.Does this make any sense? Canada Post?

ALWAYS extremely reliable with deliveries. I’ve never had any issues and the Customer Service Reps have always been polite, efficient and helpful.
