It’s been more than 5 weeks but my parcel didn’t reach yet to the destination. I don’t understand what happened. It’s terrible service of them.

Took 10 days for a parcel from AB to Toronto and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, wrong address scan and return to sender label. I called the same day to add the missing apt # which was also not my fault but the label creating software and got the most ridiculous answer: the package has to be returned and resent. They could have called me or called me from the buzzer system and resolve this within seconds instead of wasting resources.

Very bad experience. The sender put my parcel in 4 july in post canada missausaga and tge customer service said 2-4 days maximum you will receive it .. now it is 25 july and i didn t receive my parcel and i open two tickets and investiguation and till now no answers when i will receive my parcel. Than after few days i will leave tge province going to another .. not recomended at all .. very bad experience.

Obvious why Canada post doesn't make money. Item left Mississauga, went to London and then off to Chatham when Dorchester (final destination) is a few kilometers from London. They don't even deserve a 1. Incompetent at best.

My parcel sent express post made it from Victoria BC to Halifax in 2 days... great.... and now it’s been sitting in Halifax for the last nine days... Why can’t they get it to me in Bridgewater??? Canada Post is just terrible. They need some stronger competition like in the USA. They are an embarrassment to our country.

Parcel sent June 29, it is now July 22. Parcel been sitting in New Brunswick since July 4!! Will never use their service again. Terrible

Mes deux dernières expériences avec Canda Post étaient très bonnes. Les colis ont été livrés à temps et même plus tôt que prévu! J'ai pu suivre en ligne le cheminement des colis et recevoir des mises à jour quotidiens par courriel. Aussi, les frais ou le coût est nettement inférieur à celui que j'aurais payé avec n'importe quel autre service courrier. Merci

Wtf had a package delivered to my work address as it is expedited, and available to sign if required but No delivery person to damn lazy to open the door leaves a delivery notice card in the main box outside the door. NOT very customer friendly.

Awful. After not receiving my parcel after a month of waiting, I asked the sender for the tracking #. Online, it says my parcel has been waiting for me to pick it up at my "local post office". I live in a city and have 3 close by. Also, I haven't once received a notice in my mailbox. And now the item is being returned to sender tomorrow, and I'll have to pay an additional $15 in shipping fees. Thanks for not doing your job and attempting delivery you lazy posty
