Canada post is the worst delivery service in Ontario. It too k my small parcel 1 day to travel from Mississauga to Barrie (150km) and 4 days to travel 35 km to Collingwood - I could have walked and picked it up faster!

You just have to figure it out but other then that tracking the packing is pretty straight forward

Day change my Schedule day 3 time and they dont have any number to call them because they know how they so bad servises my pacage is lost i i did not resive yet if thay can handel this company they have to close this shit

Two days ago I got a message say my package would be here but no show yesterday I got a message saying it was a delay and now it in transit and it been in transit all day like why the delays canada post is getting unreliable for delivery on time

I would also like to know why I paid for rush and my parcel tracking states it is still in the city and sorting facility I sent it out from. 2-3 days later? Poor service next time I think I will use Purolator!!!

I will NEVER use Canada Post again. Expresspost and five days later my envelope is still not delivered. They have it along with the correct address but don't know where it is. Unbelievable.

Worst delivery company in Canada! I had a parcel in Mississauga on July 6. It arrived in Barrie July 7 ( 104 km). It then took 5 days to go from Barrie to Collingwood ( 55 km). I could have walked it faster - unacceptable!!

Very poor! I sent a Xpress post and 5 days later it was delivered to the sender (me), not the recipient. I tried online chat and got a robot who apologized and offered a refund… I sent it again in another envelope and it was delivered 2 days later! I requested an email notification of delivery and got nothing ! I’ll use FedEx next time.

Sent a time sensitive letter by PRIORITY POST on Monday July 11at 12pm. PRIORITY POST is guaranteed 1business day deliver. As of Thursday July 14 at 10:17am AB time it is still not at its destination. This was time sensitive! Will never use Canada Post again.

At P.O. 7/7. At Ottawa from Kingston (weird route) 7/14, still to be delivered?
