I am trying to understand why my package I paid $18 to send express from Ottawa to Montreal is in Mississauga 2 days later?

Paid good money to send a small package to the US since June 14. It has still not been delivered almost a month later. Tracking just shows that it is transit. Seriously???This is terrible?

Completely flawed system. If Canada Post would like to continue having business in the future than shipping items back and forth across the country and delaying a person’s item needs to be addressed. Learn something from Amazon Morons

Always having every package later than supposed , bad service and not delivering in winter as supposed staffs are complaing for many tiny problems and they are keeping my courrier and charging me fees and telling me that they will resend my package to the senders if i don't pay for it but if i wait they are finally delivering it to me for free with no charges thats frustrating when it a high cost product

Canada Post for the cost is too slow logistically they are too far behind the times. Hiring process is wrong . They need to hire logistics knowledgeable. Contractors are too lazy . Canada needs to have the Post Office written into the Constitution like the United States . Little bit of snow and no delivery or contractor sick no coverage. Neither hail, sleet ,snow, the postal service should deliver.

Way too expensive and my stuff is always late

I have been waiting for my pkg. since ordered June 3 from a US company which I found was a middleman for a chinese company. It took four weeks to get to Vancouver 400 miles from me. Canada Post has had it for eight days now.

Sent an item within Canada that was not delivered and CP could not locate the package. I purchased insurance and was denied the claim for reimbursement. The review was not formally done, my claim was denied. Liars, this is what my tax dollars fund.
