Items were shipped back and forth across Canada . What should have taken days, has been 3 weeks and counting. Could have DROVE and picked them up myself faster . Very dissatisfied!!

Why bother to have tracking if it is never updated. My package has been sitting in Ottawa now for 7 days and has not budged. Absolutely ridiculous Transit time on packages, 7 to 10 business days actually means anywhere from 70 to 100 business days in your corporate vocabulary. I feel sorry for the actual hardworking employees that try to move the mail because the must feel embarrassed by the sad state of efficiency the corporation seems to embrace.

Slow delivery should be your motto. Hire more people, or upgrade your service. I cant be waiting for 12 days for you to deliver a item?

Unfortunately they take 2-3 business days to recover a package within 3 mins of delivering to complete wrong address then looks to resolve issue by suggesting myself to contact the sender and check for address errors when it was not either fault

Sent a package from Montreal to California may 19th it arrived in N.Y. onmay 20th and it's still there . Dated material inside but nobody cares. Now Canada post wants meto call the company and find out where my package is, so bye bye bye money. Wish I could give less than one star.
