Greatest post company

Paid $20 for next day delivery for a birthday card. The $20 included a $4.75 fuel surcharge! Took 2 days, birthday missed, guarantee not met, no recourse.

This is a nearby location to our residence, the staff is always helpful and nice to deal with, I feel comfortable in doing business with them, wish them all the best, as they are helping the neighborhood and community in Oshawa. Thanks ?

It's amazing and fast the best

Negative rating cause they are terrible. Rude customer service, lazy delivery agents and full of excuses and noone is held accountable. Faster putting a message in a bottle

If I could put a negative star rating I would. Every single time I have order coming as soon as it hits Mississauga add a week for delivery, oh and by the way Mississauga is 45 mins away from my home. Also customer service is crap, no answers and no accountability. Better off buying a pigeon for deliveries

Terrible, terrible terrible. i understand being understaffed and such but update your tracking information correctly don't tell people to expect a delivery that day and then when the time passes that it should have arrived i have to contact a live agent to be told it hasn't even been processed yet???? how can that be? all i know is that if anyone wants a delivery thats fast then contact ANYONE but Canada post ......slow,slow,slow my driver hasn't even shown up today to drop off mail. ughhh. unfortunately cant give under 1 star. i'm upset and your agents are NOT very helpful either.

5 weeks my mail was not delivery

Parcel says it’s in Richmond tracking says Victoria which is it.

Said pkg delivered. Sitting at home waiting…no package!!!!

The worst service very bad company unprofessional

Canada Post became the best delivery company. My experience with Canada Post is excellent last 2 months.
