Canada Post reviews

Once my parcel reached Canada I was sent a tracking number from the online store that I purchased from. However it sat in Toronto for 4 days. I'm not sure if it was customs that took so long to clear it or Canada post didn't pick it up very promptly? Once it reached Edmonton the rest of me tracking It & contacting Canada post went quickly and they had the wrong postal code from the sender in China. Once I contacted them to rectify the problem they went above & beyond to get it to me quickly. Great service.

Very poor service... slower than snail mail

I paid for 5 day shipping on a monday and on Tues of following week My package still somewhere in transit..not happy

Have lost my package and after many hours on chats and calls with their team still no closer to locating it. Plus their team tried to say there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary on my shipping.. when they on the call prior said they messed up sorting (after my package being out for delivery and not received) and shipped my package to another province and have not received a proper update since despite my Efforts.

The worst, I never got my package delivered to my place. Is already lost

Pay for 4day delivery that takes 2 weeks, happens all the time now and nothing but excuses,total BS.!!!

My package has been sitting in Saskatoon since may 25th.... It's now June 20th and it's still hasn't gotten to my door ( I live in Warman) what a joke. Get it together Canada post. Worst service I have ever had. I would put zero stars if I could. Going to try to avoid using them at all costs. Also it won't even give me an expected delivery date just says unexpected delay stay tuned for updates. ??

My parcel went from China To Ont ( where i live) to BC now back to Ontario

Was told 3 days for delivery. Took 11. Ridiculous. Just tell customer accurate delivery info or if package is delayed as much as this, advise customer. Expensive and terrible service. A courier service would have been cheaper.

For the reviews that criticize the long time for shipping overseas, or coming from overseas. Canada post only has control of tracking the parcel once it arrives in Canada & likewise when it leaves Canada. I only found this out when I ordered from Asia & they couldn't provide me with a tracking number until it reaches the country of destination. Once it's in (Toronto) no doubt, only then you can track it.

Garbage service no doubt l. Will never use them
