Sent a parcel to a friend in Australia on May 16th, it's been 34 days and it hasn't arrived and when u enter the tracking number it still says its sitting at the local post office. $169 to send the parcel and over a month later, contents will be in horrible condition. Canada Posthasgot to have the slowest system in the world. Recei ed a package from my friend in Australia in just under 3 weeks...They system in Canada needs some tweaks and upgrades I think

My parcels took 4 days to get from Asia to Ontario, now they have been sitting in eastern Canada for 5 days? Just states en route.

I am either not understanding this tracking system or Canada post has been holding my packages for 5 days in Ontario. I am sure it's the latter, this shipment took 4 days to cross the Atlantic & now sitting for 5 days in eastern Canada? Just states on route? Where, when is expected delivery? It's not like we don't pay a price for Canada post shipping especially priority post which is a waste of money. Postal workers should all be trained at Amazon, where you can order & receive it immediately if you pay the extra it's next day delivery. I will from now on pay for a courier service knowing I will receive my parcels quickly.

Very bad service,I sent parcel to a friend in Japan last April 29,2022.Until now,it didn't arrive yet.And also, it's so hard to get track the where abouts of the parcel.Their apps is no good,it seems that its not updated.The one that I paid is intended for 2-3 weeks price for the parcel according to the Canada Post agent.But, until now they didn't deliver yet.What kind of service is that! It would be better to close your business ???

I love the delivery workers friendliness & ethic. The workers in the mini post offices can definitely improve with some training.

Why would my parcel be in Lavel Quebecfor four days . I bought a Canadian Post box . Not good service for me .

So far my rating would be extremely poor. I have entered my tracking number twice and my mobile number and I still don’t have an answer where my package is. It used to be quite simple, type in your number and it would show you where the package is. Now with the “ improvements” I haven’t got a clue where it is or when it will arrive.

Only works if they scan item as it passes through their hands. The PO prefers to store mail rather than deliver it!

I signed up for my parcel updates. Have been waiting almost month and not a single update. What’s the point of having this feature if it’s not being used. Very slow and unreliable service.

Very pleased with the detailed tracking. I have enjoyed watching the progress of my shipment every step of the way, right to my doorstep!

I picked up the parcel yesterday and your tracker still shows it as enrout I stopped at the post office and the attendant recognized me and gave me my parcel
