19 days a no updates as to where my parcel is. What is the point of the tracking system?

Very quickly from Calgary to Toronto.

On June 5th, Paid $35.31 rapid post for a small package to Friendswood Houston, TX it has to revive on June 11th. It doesn't receive yet. Today is Jun 13th

Accurate data and easy to access

I use Canada Post daily for mailing and receiving. Almost 2 weeks from Ontario. When I ship with Express it cost a fortune. Only have had a few packages go missing, so that is a plus considering how much shipping I do. Canada Post could definately step up their game on tracking updates and shipping times for the costs of mailing...

Mail gets shipped, which is half of the reason of Canada Post to be. The other half, to deliver, is also met. However, when is totally unpredictable.

Why do it take a week for a parcel to get from Montreal to Innerkip 7-8 days when it’s only 6 hr drive ??????beyond me

Disgusting Canada post

My parcel said it was delivered around 330 pm, my front doorbell camera says other wise!

I would have given ZERO star if it was possible. I posted a parcel on May 20th, it was supposed to be delivered by May 24th. It is now June 14th, and when I check the tracking number it says it is still in transit!!! The worst post service ever, never ever use this garbage again

Never had any issues. Packages always delivered

4 days since parcel shipped and no updates.

Canada Post showed that they delivered from BC to Quebec a parcel sent June 3, arrived June 8. I have not heard back from the recipient yet! The parcel was sent in a flat rate box.

0 stars. Package is still not here so upsetting and will never order anything from Canada post ever.

Very disappointed home waiting for parcel but never arrives but get message to reschedule, I not available ...are you sure you not fedex
