Seems that postal like all other delivery services don't deliver ,cant even know on a door...im home waiting for parcel but it appears to postal worker mind i don't exist ..didn't even try to deliver ..must have worked for fedex at 1 point

If I could rate 0, I would. I paid money for fast delivery and still, 7 days later, the package is far from being delivered. Tracking is also bad, the map won't update even though it says it's in Canada already.

Canada post should not be able to charge for 1-2 day expedited shipping if they can not deliver. I paid for 2 day expedited shipping and it's an (estimated) 10 days. Very unimpressed and upset.

For a Crown Corporation what a joke. You pay for express but it never gets there in time. You call for a refund and the agent is rude and no refund even though express is a guaranteed delivery . Garbage service!!!

If I include all the tracked packages I was supposed to receive, reported delivered to my address by email, vs the ones I actually received, likelihood of the items actually being there is less than 90%, closer to 80% if I include those that went missing completely and misdelivered. That is a very poor success ratio when I have yet to lose a piece of untracked mail, parcel or otherwise Tracked mail items have substantially less likelihood of reaching their destination than regular mail.
