It seems the likelihood of tracked items reported delivered are less likely to be there . My experience with tracked items arriving through mail amounts to a less than 90% chance of the items actually being there . If I include packages misdelivered to other addresses then the likelihood of packages being there drops to 80% or less .

Pay for an express internal service and after 3 business days still not delivered

Paid 22 dollars for delivery on Saturday in St Albert it's 10:30 pm Thursday and it maid it to Winnipeg. The postal system like all government agencies to expensive and to slow. Not using any more

I mailed a register parcel to apply for my passport and its over a month now and my mail is missing, no idea if the passport office in ontario recieve it. I never recieve any confirmation that my application was recieved. Im still waiting until now ....

Was following the tracking of my parcel. It said it was delivered. Received a delivery notice prepared on the 8th of june. Item was to be available today, the 9th, after 1pm. My husband drove across town to the Josephine #1247 only to be turned away by the employee claiming it was not in the computer yet...my husband could see it on the back shelf. He suggested to input the package and give it to him. Nope not policy...so he asked what's the policy and she could not answer him. I'm very disappointed, the card states "next business day after 13:00" there was no one in line and it seemed like this employee clearly does not wand to do their job.

Sent my package to the wrong town, even if i specifically put MY address

I sent parcel to Richmond Hill, Toronto via Express service on June 3,2022 and they assured me be received on June 7, 2022. But until now is not yet arrived. It is very important documents that needed on the 8th. Canada Post I lost my trust on you you are very big fat liar. Management please review your protocol build up your credibility you miss up my life.

Very poor service they say they came to the door knocked no 1 opened which is a big fat lie i was waiting for my parcel and was home all the time.they did not come to the door or leave a notice

I mailed a parcel to my daughter on may 13 by india post and to this date it has no arrived .The parcel tracking stop at mississagua ,then nothing.that not what i paid 1090.00 for.I am disappointed.

It takes wayyy too long to come in i rate it 1☆ horrible

Ridiculously slow mail. Parcel accepted Monday hasn't moved since.
