I have sent express parcel from Canada post on may 27th 2022 till now there received my mail .when I call Canada post employee told me it’s on route and it’s was my important documents.hopefully Canada post can find my parcel and send to the address I’m really upset

I mailed a document ,it has been 50 days already.I wait and wait.the mail not delivered

Bad service ,slow ,terrible, irresponsible !! Never use Canada post in my life!

Ordered several things may 23 from Amazon. All but 2 things came by bni in 4 days, still waiting for other 2 things with canada post. Over 2 weeks

I've sent 4 parcels to various provinces in the past 2 months and all arrived safely and in a timely manner. (Actually, the one that only had to go 2 hrs away by car took the longest!) I insure everything. Have found that sending items by regular post is just as fast as sending it by Expresspost. Will continue to use Canada Post, despite the high costs.

Expedited parcel 54$ Sent on a Wednesday at 11:45. Monday still hasn’t arrived. Canada post should close its doors.

My package was sent to Superior,WI from High River , Ab on the 20th of May,2022 and arrived there on the 7th of June. I sent it priority mail!! The tracking was ridiculous! As shown on the map it was sent to Russia and then to WI U.S.A. I wonder why it was so delayed. Was the tracking right or was the postal service inept? Not going through Canada Post ever again!

I mailed a package to Mt granddaughter on April 19, and to this date it has no arrived. The parcel tracking stops at mississagua, then nothing. That's not what I paid 201.40 for. I am disappointed!!!!!!

I sent a parcel to Australia by express post in August2021 it didn't arrive till November 2021 and that's express ! OMG!

I find the service to be appalling. My package was picked up today (Monday) in Richmond and it had a guaranteed delivery date of Thursday. Had the package come with ANY Of the other carriers used by Amazon, it would have been delivered in Kelowna on either Tuesday or Wednesday at latest… The message from Canada Post simply says…. Delivery delayed…!! In the last few months I have had packages sent to other cities in error twice… I am considering cancelling my Amazon Prime membership if they CANNOT guarantee that parcels will NOT use Canada Post.

Why is it every time I get a tracking number apparently you guys say it’s no good or not valid
