Notice to pickup was left in the mail box with no address to pickup from ??? How am I supposed to know where to pickup from ???

The tracking info tells me my package was picked up from the person shipping it to me two days ago. I already know that. What it doesn't tell me is where is it now and when will it be delivered. How is this even considered package tracking?

Can't rely on them if it's an urgent parcel. Their tracking is even worst, won't give you details. Very disappointing

Lmao. On Friday morning June 3rd I posted flat rate box 20 minutes from Ottawa Airport The tracking map on Monday June 6th shows my package downtown Ottawa on Florence Street. Opposite direction from Airport. If 20 minutes from. AIRPORT, with a couple hours to load on a plane, with an 8 hour flight to Vancouver, how in God's name can you justify a delivery date of June 14th??!! Is someone taking it to BC by bicycle?? Ridiculous

I am always receiving parcels from all over. But one particular parcel had been received in Mississauga it sat there for 3 days, I checked the tracking and the next thing I know it was in Sudbury. It sat there for another 4 days. So the parcel was already a few days late so now it’s over a week late. As far as I’m concerned it’s just wrong. Talked to Canada post and they confirmed that yes it’s in Sudbury, it sounds like an everyday occurrence.

I have sent my parcel bc to Edmonton on 19May and online it says delivered but they didn’t get it that’s mean CP lost my parcel, this is not good. Untrusting service

Canada post is pathetic..it's tracking is almost as bad as the unscruplious buissness practises of charging for first class service and not fulfilling their obligations for the money charged...this is akin to theft by them cat the least...totally criminal

My package is out of delivery since june 1. How many days or months until my package will arrive? I don't recommend this post.

If I had to I would give them no stars at all but unfortunately I had to give them one just to comment on here they have lost my package I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my package

I have never thought, in the year 2022 we would have to wait till the item is delivered to know the status of delivery since I purchased it... get with the program.
