I had sent a Registered mail clearly marked for my country and someone in Canada post sent it to Australia. Its been sitting there from April 28th, it has very important mail pertaining to my underage sobs identity. Their explanations are that its the route little do they know I had resent a test mail to my country n its already there. Even from Australia Canada post just has to call and verify to forward the mail but till today its in transit. Hopefully Canada post realizes much stress and grief they are causing me and my family. I would rate then zero

I’ve been using Canada Post for several international parcels. Can’t complain. It has been good. Things arrive within 1 days. Happy with the service.

Lmao my parcel arrived in Richmond, BC From China in like 3 days. This was 2 weeks ago. It has since gone straight past me and is now in Toronto? (I live 14 hours west of Toronto lol). What a joke

One thing you can count on with Canada Post, your parcel will be LATE. This really ruins seller credibility. Their tracking is a joke.

Canada poste is the worst courrier company the experiments that we have received is ALL NEGATIVE, better to pay the extra money and get a different courrier.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago that was due for end of day May 27. It didn’t arrive. On June 1 it said expected by end of day, but it again never arrived. It’s still in Mississauga ON with an indefinite delay, so I don’t know if or when it ever get here to St. John’s Newfoundland. If I could avoid Canada post 100% of the time when ordering overseas I absolutely would. They have never been great, even before COVID.

Paid for express shipping and a week later still waiting been in town 4 days now

Order some stuff out of Ontario , day 4 still not here . Is this Canada post or pony express. I think next time I order something it either dhl loomis or ups.

Terrible service. Parcel of an urgent nature (prescription heart meds) were late when sent by xpress post. Phone system is a nightmare (press A for B), calls were dropped, CS staff have exceptionally limited options to assist customers (basically can only issue a ticket), parcel tracking is not updated real time (3 day lag on updates). Paid for a 2 day service that took 5 days. Terribly frustrating. Next time it is Purolator for my needs.

Canada post is disgusting i shipped the small box to South Africa in April the beginning it is June now still the receiver didn't get the package the tracking says it is in transit but the package is already in SA I am very confused why they don't deliver the package to the last destination why all the time I check it says looking for the information and it is in transit what is that means? I am so disappointed i don't know what to do now I hope my package is not getting lost i have no idea at all now.Canada post is the worse of the worst.

I'm totally confused on how something so helpful can be so poorly executed as to cause stress to the person waiting for the parcel to arrive, in a timely fashion. CP needs to step in and verify why the information is not being processed more quickly!
