I would give no stars if allowed.I tried using Canada Post as a pickup site for my Amazon pkgs.My first time the boxes were damaged and the product couldn't be salvaged. I reordered and they lost my pkg.The online chat person wanted me to download an app which costs $2 .Only Canada Post would make you pay for help

Left a delivery notification and promptly lost my package, then told me it's my responsibility to track it down.

Its ridiculous how little information is given. I ordered a package on Amazon and they give more information than the actual postal service. And even then all the information I get on Amazon is that it's going to arrive late. Like, how late? When should I expect the delivery? Has it even made into my town yet? It's obnoxious! A whole star is too much

This is the worst service ever I sent a parcel since 35 days they said it takes 14 days and still not delivered to the recipient!!!!! And plus they have no idea why it is not delivered and where is it!!!!! If I can rate half star it is too much?

pkg ordered on 14th fr Que..went to sorting facility 17th....still shows there...hasnt moved...ridiculous

Tracking shows me no information

Canada Post is a prime example of why government should not control any industry. If it was a privately owned company operating in a competitive market it would’ve long ago gone bankrupt and for good reason. I could literally walk my mail across the country faster than mailing it through Canada Post. Three weeks for a card to arrive from Regina, SK to Brandon, MB. CRAZY! (I wonder why zero stars isn’t an option??)

Always delays, even before COVID. Price gouging. Paid for one business day delivery small parcel, on May 29. Update tracking now,on May 31, says it's in Stoney Creek as of May 29. Nothing beyond 9pm the day I sent it. Crazy

Most horrible delivery service ever encountered if I had to leave a tip it would be a nickel because wasn't worth a dime delivered a package took back to center held for 3 days than sent back to sender when u have 15 calender days to pick up what a bunch of incompetent people running that show lol

Been waiting a week for a shipment to come from new Brunswick to nova Scotia pretty pissed...never again

Amazon used to use Purolator as the number one delivery service and unfortunately they have now changed it to Canada Post which in my book is failing miserably. Purolator may cost a little bit more but their service is constant

There tracking is disgusting never on time and tracking is always out dated or no info
