Literally no. The worst service ever.

Parcel is not arrived.

Do like Canada post deliver the post and parcel by walk. Delivery time is too long. Nobody knows when the delivery will come.

My only advice is dear customers, spend a few extra cents or dollars more and go with any other delivery service company other than Canada post. This institution is broken, incompetent and poorly managed. Many of the employees do there best however many are incompetent, careless and indifferent. There long standing seniority policy dominates operations and breeds contempt.Canada post lacks accountability within its’ ranks. My last several experiences with Canada’s Post have all resulted in lost parcels, very late or excessive delays , if ever located or delivered.

Canada Post does not meet its stated service delivery. In this competitive world, Better off using other parcel services

Good tracking, and efficient

Parcel went from Quebec to Scarborough to Mississauga to Stoney Creek to Welland. I live in Markham and this should have gone from Scarborough to Unionville. This is not the first time this has happened. Get a better sorting system, we pay enough shipping.

Very happy as I was told I would receive my parcel by May 31st and was very happy that it came in on May25th!!

Rate -5 Package went in opposite direction from Mississauga to Stoney Creek. Hasn't moved in 6 days.

They do their best, and always resolve issue. Their courriers work very hard to assure we receive our packages. Delays are normal, but overall, reliable. A great postal service. Thank you

Long delay of parcels within province.

Such a bad service I ever seen

As soon as Canada Post goes to pick up my parcel Amazon I get a notice saying" delay in delivery due to external factors" and nine times out of 10 the parcel is late. When Amazon used to deal with Purolator for all its parcels; delivery was on time or maybe a day late. And that was during covid when we couldn't shop and had to rely on Amazon. Canada Post has gone downhill due to its elimination of so-called repetitive jobs. Canada Post used to work efficiently until the government streamlined it. Haha

Sent document by express but looks like post sent in regular mail...document received after 5 days....express track number showing on the way...regular track shows its received...so its not good service

Canada Post can be very funny if you can have a sense of humor. Amazon Prime usually arrives very quickly but other shipping can be an adventure.
