Why does it take Canada Post 5 days to deliver a small package from Mississauga to Brockville Ont. when all the other courier's do it in one to two day's ? The regular mail is slow also !

Been waiting over a month now for a pkg that should have only taken a week. Than when you want answers..they don’t got any for you. Service is horrible.

I had no problem with sending register mail in Alberta...I did track down and showed had received b the envelop....it is a great services ...thank you

Absolutely horrendous shipping company to deal with. Always late, tons of problems. You pay for express, and it takes longer than standard shipping. I had a package brought into my city, tracking said it was in my city being "processed" for 2 days, then said it will be delayed due to "external factors" whatever that means. Weather was fine, skies were blue, no snow, nothing. Now I've been waiting 3 days and it hasn't moved. Just tell me where I can pick it up myself already. Goodness.

I booked a parcel on 18/19 March to immigration office at Nova Scotia Sydney from Vaughan. After a 6 days I got email and it showed delivered. Unfortunately, after two months, the immigration office informed me that the parcel did not receive at all. That wasted my two precious months. Really very bad service.

I ordered a part for my furnace and paid to have it expedited from a shipping standpoint. The part has been shipped from Regina, to Winnipeg, to Ottawa. I should also mention that I live in Calgary where the part should be shipped to. How in the heck is this shipment being expedited and how is Canada Post so incompetent that this package is being shipped all over the country when it should have arrived at my house within 2 days max?! Unbelievable!

Canada Post deserves a zero for the terrible service.

Super inconsistent sometimes is good but the majority of times service is awful, take longer a delivery within Canada than international shipping

Was very easy I love it.

I paid alot of money for xpress post. We are now day 35 and my parcel has yet to be delivered.

It's not good to lose too much because the official is too big.

Tired of the slow delivery of all my mail! We only get mail delivery when its convenient for contractor! Lucky if we get delivery once a week! Pathetic !

I paid more for the xpress post. Not only was my *very* important document not delivered, the tracker tool consistently fed me wrong information. I'm not surprised by this horrendous service by Canada Post
